Whether it is Hutspot, a Dutch mashed potato dish made with carrots and onions or boerenkool the most famous “stamppot“, a European smoked sausage is the perfect finishing touch.  Pictured here is a Gelderse Rookworst which translates smoked sausage from the Dutch province of Gelderland – our most popular smoked sausage.  At the end of November we will be bringing in our first order from Wagener Meats.  This will greatly expand our selection of sausages and salamis. It will also open up a whole new supply of bacons and other European meats.
