- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Maille white wine tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dutch mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 small clove garlic crushed or 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Measure ingredients into a lidded container. Shake and drizzle over tossed salad with goat cheese.
