Do European vegetables taste different than our domestic choices? I remember this being a significant conversation between one of our customers and her husband! There are some significant differences. Plant varieties do differ in Europe. For example, Dutch brown and white beans are uniquely different than North American offerings. Often there are special seasonings added to our imported veggies. Funnily, the biggest selling point is the jars. You can see what you are getting. And… the smaller jars are perfectly sized for smaller households.
