Van Straten Raisin and Currant Breads
Like with their raisin buns, Van Straten are very generous in the amount of raisin in their bread. Our weekly order isn’t a large quantity so we can offer fresh each week. We are happy to add more to our weekly delivery if you wish to pre-order. Our regular supply is not pre-sliced, however, you can specify that your order be sliced. Don’t like currants? You can special order bread with just raisins. Be sure to place your order before Monday. We receive our fresh product on Wednesday afternoons.

Our online store allows you to browse our European Pantry shelves from the comfort of your home. You can pre-order for pick-up or drop-off in our delivery areas OR make arrangements with us to have your order shipped. We strive to keep the prices in our online store current but as a small retailer it is impossible for us to be 100% accurate for the 1000+ products we list. Products with variable sizes like meat and cheese products will reflect approximate prices.
Therefore, as you shop your “total order” will be an APPROXIMATE total. After you submit your order, we will communicate with you about shipping costs and any pertinent stock or price updates. Once you have said you wish to proceed we will send you an order summary. You will then be able to pay by eTransfer or call us with a credit card payment.
