White brown sugar???  What??? This baking sugar has the consistency of brown sugar but is white. Made from a combination of fine crystal sugar and sugar syrup it is the secret behind great appeltaart (Dutch Apple Pie/Cake) and other fine cakes. The Dutch have been using this special sugar to bake up a nice brown colour on their appeltaarts since 1882.  600 gm
