One of my best Christmas memories is being able to pick from a full box of special chocolates. I would hover for a while as I decided which one to try first. Everyone in the family had favourites. There were also some that were always left for the end. My mother liked the sweet fruit filled squares while my father and I preferred the ones with nut centers. In Hungarian homes those special chocolates are wrapped in shiny papers and hung from the Christmas tree. Each flavour has its own distinct paper making it much easier to know what to expect inside…unless you have a mischievous family member who sneaks the chocolates when no one is around and rewraps the papers around a ball of paper or a small stone! 345 gm
