Peppermint Leaves

Don’t limit yourself to making tea with wonderfully fragrant dry peppermint! You can also use it in chutney and pesto, too. Add some to curries, casseroles and stews or use it as a rub for racks of lamb. The first time I made Greek meatballs I was surprised to find mint in the recipe…once I tasted them I understood how mint can add a freshness to recipes without making it taste like a mouth freshener.  Try some in a salad especially one with balsamic dressing and fruit. It is also interesting sprinkled over cooked vegetables, fresh fruit or yogurt.

This is an Absolutely Organic herb from Celebration Herbals. Prices for 25 gm and 100 gram packages. Alternate amounts can be ordered.
