Only made in La Mancha Spain. Only made with milk from Manchega sheep. Viejo means it has been aged a minimum of 1 year. Traditionally Manchego was shaped in woven grass baskets which produced the distinctive zigzag pattern on its rind. Today those baskets have been replaced with molds that create the same historic pattern. Enjoy its distinct  creamy piquant flavour and firm buttery texture. This is a versatile cheese. Set it out with some fruit, almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts, rustic crackers or crusty bread. Offer your guests sun-dried tomatoes, olives, fig spread or some extra virgin olive oil to drizzle over their cheese and bread. Enjoy as part of an alfreso lunch with a fruity wine that offers some balanced acidity.  Prepackaged in 200 gm

Oh Canada! We can only accept Canadian orders

Our online store is set up to allow you to browse our European Pantry shelves from the comfort of your home. It also enables you to pre-order and make arrangements for pick-up or drop-off in our delivery areas. We strive to keep the prices listed on our online store current but as a small retailer it is impossible for us to be 100% accurate for the 1000+ products we list. Furthermore, package weight variations for meat and cheese products make it impossible to provide accurate fixed prices.

Therefore, as you shop your “total order” will be an APPROXIMATE total. After you submit your order, we will communicate any changes in pricing as well as the actual prices of weighed items. You will then be able to confirm your order and arrange payment. Thank you for shopping with us! We hope it is a pleasant experience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our products or our ordering process.
