DeRuijter makes 3 variations: Anise Hagel (400 gm) are sprinkles for your toast; Anise Muisjes (280 gm) are anise seeds coated in crunchy candy; Or try their anise flavoured powdered sugar Gestampte muisjes (230 gm) . Great on toast but extra delicious sprinkled on strawberries. Anise Muisjes are traditionally served on Dutch rusk when a baby is born.
