If you are building a pantry of gluten free flours be sure to include coconut flour. It is low in carbs but high in fibre making it a keto friendly ingredient. I use it together with other gluten free flours to make oatmeal apple crisp and it is a perfect ingredient for pastry because of its short crumbly texture. If you are going to substitute it for regular all purpose flour remember to add a bit more moisture because of its ability to absorb moisture.  453 grams
