BK Roasting Pans

BK “Braad” or roasting pans have proven their worth in Dutch kitchens for generations. I have one that my mother-in-law used for years.  It is very handy because you can brown meat and then add other ingredients for spaghetti sauce, ragout, or stew,  for examples.  They work equally well on a stove top or an oven. Brown your roast on the stove and then slip  it into the oven.  As long as you are not prone to boiling food dry or dropping pans, a BK pan will last to be passed down through several generations.
