Welcome to our new employee, Vicky Stringer. We are enjoying her presence here at the store as much as she is enjoying all our cheeses…like this piece of Isle of Kintyre Highland Chief mature Cheddar with single malt whiskey.  Vicky isn’t the only person who thinks this cheese could be very addicting! Vicky helped me package up almost 100 pieces of cheese yesterday. So our cheese cooler is full and ready to please!
